Returns & Refunds
We want you both to love your scarf. If it's not quite right, we're happy to help.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund or exchange.
Returns are accepted if:
- The item is unworn and in original condition
- All tags are still attached
- You have your order confirmation or receipt
How to Return
1. Email us first
Contact us at hello(AT)thecosywolf.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions.
2. Pack it up
Return the item in its original packaging if possible. Make sure it's secure for posting.
3. Send it back
Post to the address we provide. We recommend using tracked shipping.
4. Get your refund
Once we receive and inspect the item (usually 2-3 days), we'll process your refund. It typically appears in your account within 5-10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
If the item is faulty or we made an error: We'll cover return shipping costs.
If you've simply changed your mind: Return shipping is your responsibility.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Just let us know in your return email and we'll arrange an exchange. We'll send the new size as soon as we receive your return.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on items that have been:
- Worn or washed
- Damaged by the customer
- Returned without tags attached
